𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒅𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆

𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒅𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆

1. 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯
1.1. Workers
a) For employees working at the unit:
– Declaration of participation, adjustment of information on social insurance and health insurance (Form TK1-TS).
– In case the employee is entitled to higher health insurance benefits: additional proofs (if any) according to Appendix 03.
b) For employees going to work abroad under the contract specified in Item a, c and d, Point 1.7, Clause 1, Article 4:
– Declaration of participation, adjustment of information on social insurance and health insurance (Form TK1-TS).
– A definite-term labor contract in a foreign country or an extended labor contract with an extension of the labor contract or a new labor contract signed in the receiving country according to the contract.
1.2. Unit
a) Declaration of participating units, adjustment of information on social insurance and health insurance (Form TK3-TS). b) List of employees participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance (Form D02-TS).
c) List of information (Form D01-TS).
2. 𝘕𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘴: 01 𝘴𝘦𝘵.
* For units that register late compared to the establishment license, with arrears of social insurance and health insurance, additional documents:
– Written explanation of the unit (form D01b-TS);
– Table of payment of salaries and wages of the unit (copy); labor contract (copy, 01 copy/person) corresponding to the arrears period.

3. 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘚𝘶𝘣𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 (𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦)
– Units headquartered in any province shall register to participate in social insurance in that province according to the decentralization of the provincial social insurance agency.
– The branch of the enterprise paying social insurance premiums in the area where the business license is granted to the branch.
4. 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯:
Submit documents and receive results of administrative procedures through electronic transactions, postal services, specifically:
– For paper documents: The enterprise shall notify the social insurance agency or the postal service organization to receive the dossier directly at the enterprise; For electronic data (if any) sent to the social insurance agency via the internet.
– In case the unit registers for electronic transactions, it shall comply with regulations on electronic transactions in carrying out procedures for participation in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance; issue social insurance books and health insurance cards of Vietnam Social Insurance.
