HOW TO APPLY FOR A DEPENDENT TT VISA?
A DEPENDENT TT VISA is a type of visa issued to foreigners whose relatives are foreigners or who hold Vietnamese nationality for the purpose of coming to Vietnam to live or visit.
DOCUMENTS TO APPLY A TT VISA
- In case a foreigner who is holding a Vietnam visa sponsors his/her relatives:
Original passport of the guarantor
Passport and visa of the sponsor (Visa or temporary residence card)
Papers proving the kinship relationship such as: birth certificate for children, parents, marriage registration certificate for husband and wife, household book, family certificate…(These documents must be consular legalized and notarized translation according to regulations)
02 photos in size 3×4 cm, 02 photos in size 4×6 cm - In case a Vietnamese citizen sponsors a relative who is a foreigner:
Authenticated copy of guarantor’s ID
Authenticated copy of guarantor’s Household Book
Authenticated copy of documents proving the kinship relationship such as: birth certificate for children, parents, marriage registration certificate for husband and wife, household book, family certificate…
